WHAT IS GSA EBUY?

GSA eBuy is a web-based system that streamlines the Request for Proposal/Request for Quote (RFQ) process. It has been designed to facilitate the request of proposals for services/products/solutions that are offered through GSA Schedule Contracts.

By using this system government buyers can post the RFP/RFQ for definite products/services for a given time period. The contractors then assess the request and drafts a proposal in response, which is uploaded directly into the GSA eBuy system.
